KiTa in Bremen Lesum Urban quarter development on the site of the former Wilhelm Kaisen barracks The Lesum Park area is one of the largest urban development areas in Bremen-Nord that has been realized in recent years. With the involvement of the Bremen-Nord building authority, urban land-use planning was carried out in 2012/ 2013 to create new building rights.
