Office building in Bremen Lesum Urban quarter development on the site of the former Wilhelm Kaisen barracks The Lesum Park area is one of the largest urban development areas in Bremen-Nord that has been realized in recent years. With the involvement of the Bremen-Nord building authority, urban land-use planning was carried out in 2012/ 2013 to create new building rights. To date, all construction projects have been realized, so that Lesum Park has developed into a lively district in the north of Bremen. Lesum Park was planned as a mixed quarter with residential and commercial use. The commercial focus is on the healthcare industry. A mixed offer was developed for housing.
