Apartment building in Berlin-Schöneberg Schöneberger Linse is an exciting urban development project in the Tempelhof-Schöneberg district of Berlin, which stretches between Südkreuz station and Schöneberg S-Bahn station. The area is being transformed into an urban quarter with a mix of residential and commercial space. Both rental and owner-occupied apartments, office space, a hotel, a daycare center and a café are being built. A modern traffic concept and a sustainable energy supply are key components of the project. The aim is to achieve a KfW 55 efficiency house standard and there is a combined heat and power plant. Office building in Bremen Lesum Urban quarter development on the site of the former Wilhelm Kaisen barracks The Lesum Park area is one of the largest urban development areas in Bremen-Nord that has been realized in recent years. With the involvement of the Bremen-Nord building authority, urban land-use planning was carried out in 2012/ 2013 to create new building rights. To date, all construction projects have been realized, so that Lesum Park has developed into a lively district in the north of Bremen. Lesum Park was planned as a mixed quarter with residential and commercial use. The commercial focus is on the healthcare industry. A mixed offer was developed for housing.
