With the involvement of the Bremen-Nord building authority, urban land-use planning was carried out in 2012/ 2013 to create new building rights. Lesum Park was planned as a mixed quarter with residential and commercial use. The commercial focus is on the healthcare industry. A mixed offer was developed for housing.
