During the entire 3-year training period, which is intensively supervised by our ceramic employees, you will go through all production departments, from raw material extraction and preparation of the raw materials for shaping to the drying and firing processes. In addition, quality assurance of ceramic products is an essential part of the production process. This is carried out on the individual machine installations or in the factory’s own laboratory.

Your profile:

You have at least a secondary school diploma and have a very good technical understanding. You are fascinated by heavy ceramics, the manufacturing process of ceramic products from A like preparation to Z like brick.
