Café & Bistro in Bremen Lesum Urban quarter development on the site of the former Wilhelm Kaisen barracks The Lesum Park area is one of the largest urban development areas in Bremen-Nord that has been realized in recent years. With the involvement of the Bremen-Nord building authority, urban land-use planning was carried out in 2012/ 2013 to create new building rights. To date, all construction projects have been realized, so that Lesum Park has developed into a lively district in the north of Bremen. Lesum Park was planned as a mixed quarter with residential and commercial use. The commercial focus is on the healthcare industry. A mixed offer was developed for housing.
