New pavers for Altenberge Altenberge is located approx. 14 km northwest of the university town of Münster. In the center of the town is the market square, which is also the focal point of community life. The square was created at the end of the 1980s after former commercial areas were made available for its redesign. The municipality of Altenberge commissioned "scape Landschaftsarchitekten GmbH" from Düsseldorf with a design to increase the attractiveness of the town center and improve the quality of the now outdated market square.
