For the first time, Feldhaus will offer an apprenticeship in the dual course of study "Materials Technology Glass & Ceramics" in 2023. Applications can be submitted as of now.
"We want to offer young people high-quality training and get them excited about Feldhaus," says plant manager Alexander Schröder, explaining his motivation behind this new offering. Even for successful companies like Feldhaus Klinker, it will be more difficult to fill vacancies in the future. The new training program is tailored to companies in the ceramics industry: The course is completed in block teaching. During the practical phase, students work on specific projects to connect theory with practice.... "and learn to appreciate the company in the process," the plant manager is certain.
As a "Bachelor of Engineering", graduates can get off to a flying start in a wide variety of areas, such as quality management, technical consulting or research / development at Feldhaus Klinker.
